Family law is handled personally by Colette Fitzpatrick.  She has almost twenty years experience in this field and deals with all family matters including divorce, separation and ancillary relief.  She also deals in the family proceedings court with issues regarding residence and contact.  She is also experienced in dealing with children who are the subject of care proceedings.  She is a member of the Children’s Order Panel.  Colette appreciates how difficult a time this can be for parties and aims to deal with matters in a professional, efficient manner whilst treating the needs of the Client as paramount.
